At Puffin Lime, each item is made to order with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific return policy outlined below.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Incorrect Personalization
Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, photos, etc.) before placing your order.
Puffin Lime is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom items
- Items ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer
- Change-of-mind purchases
