Our Policy
If there is an issue with your order — such as damage or an error on our end — please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for incorrect information entered by the customer at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right — a replacement or refund, your choice.
Changes & Cancellations
Because our items are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we begin production and cannot guarantee changes.
Uploaded the wrong photo or detail? Contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to update it.
