Processing Time

All of our items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are below. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

United States: 7–14 business days · International: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. You can also track any order from our Track My Order page.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Puffin Lime is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
