All sales are final. Because each product is custom made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders.
Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Lost in transit
- The wrong item
- Incorrectly customized
Please contact Puffin Lime immediately. We will work with you to provide a replacement at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please reach out to us with your order number and photos to info@puffinlime.com
