How long until I get my order?+

Most items are made to order and take 2–5 business days to process. Shipping then takes about 7–14 business days depending on your location, so most orders arrive within roughly 2–3 weeks total.

Can I cancel or change my order?+

Because items are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that we begin production and can't guarantee changes.

What if I uploaded the wrong photo or information?+

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to update it.

What is your return policy?+

If there's an issue with your order (such as damage or an error on our end), contact us and we'll make it right. Because our products are personalized, we can't accept returns for incorrect information entered by the customer.
