SHIPPING
When will my order Ship?
Most of our products take 1-3 business days to process. All of our products are made to order in the US. Once the order has been processed, printed/made and packaged, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to populate with USPS.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class with a tracking number. Expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days.

What is your Exchange Policy?

To cancel Your Order, You must let Us know within 12 hours of when the Order was placed. We will do Our best to cancel any Orders after 12 hours, but once production begins we can no longer cancel the Order.Â

Conditions for Returns for Store Credit
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return for store credit, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 30 daysThe Goods are in the original packagingThe Goods were not used or damaged
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a store creidit without actual receipt of the Goods.
